I am writing this letter to New Vision Behavioral Health Systems to compliment their therapist Nicole Brooks. My family was referred to see Nicole by Carmen Castang after my sons initial intake evaluation. I was a little hesitant to put my children in play therapy, thinking all they would do was play,boy was I wrong. Even though they were playing Nicole had a way for the boys to talk about their feelings,a bully in school and everyday things going on in their little minds. The boys really connected to Nicole and looked forward to seeing her every week. She was someone they could trust to talk to. Nicole is an exceptional therapist who really cares about her clients. As of today my boys were discharged by Nicole a couple of weeks ago. They are doing wonderful. It was bittersweet to say goodbye to Nicole. I was happy that she saw that my boys didn't need therapy anymore but on another side of it was hard to say goodbye to the person my boys grown to trust and to talk to. Nicole will always have a place in our hearts. I am thankful to Carmen for setting us up with Nicole.
